I built the ADM, then entered and voted on both and then go rejected? WTF
when it kicked me out on the 027b i triple checked i was entered AND voted on 027a… then it now shows it like i never voted at all… not happy as its going to cost me a crapload to off set the lack of workers and therefore the LI output.

That is really strange.
It often happens to me that I forget to vote for myself when doing tests for example, but you already ruled that out.
Not really sure how to replicate that, we already have several unit tests covering the building ADM / running / voting / ruling process.
Anything unusual with these planets?
Aside from the failed votes, they seem to work as expected.
I thought i had missed it on the first one shit happens, but i made sure on the second as to not repeat the issue. then it denied as well.
I did it all exactly like i had not long ago on TO-392f and TO-392g, they worked as expected.
