Start Base points at Gibson

I noticed this long ago and meant to post and forgot.

I just noticed it before dropping a new base

Where when you use BS [Planet] it pops a window for BSC JS-952c

Where as if you start the base from the PLI it works as expected.

Gibson isn’t a bad place to make a new base, but might not be exactly right for your needs.
