Above by is recent failure. Contract says “auto-provisioned”, but I had to manually click on FULLFILL. Of course, the guy was already long gone, and contracts were terminated.
It is not isolated incident, it happens to me regularly. Seems to be random for no reason. I have seen failures because one party had no free space in warehouse. or ship wasn’t present.
Any suggestions from logs, why auto-provisioning failed in above by contract, please?
What do you mean by “the guy was long gone”? Vallis Space Metal is quite active. Also, I highly suspect the auto provision failed because the inventory it was tied to did not contain the appropriate materials.
if you do shipping, you expect instant auto-provisioning. I usually leave within 1 hour of landing. If it doesn’t provision, you simply leave aka “guy was long gone”.
Goods were present. I rarely do shipping contracts if I have no material in warehouse. It simply regularly fails for some unknown reason.
Did you have all needed materials (250 TIO) in the inventory that was selected for auto provision at the point when the contract was accepted?
I do a lot of shipping and I had a few failures but it normally comes down to human error. If you for example change the location in a template for direct contracts it deactivates auto provisioning, the wrong inventory was selected for auto provision, the wares weren’t ready at the moment the contract was accepted or other such things.
I also use auto provisioning the other way around, the contract is a long list of batches of something and it auto provisions every time a batch is finished.
