To them, the game is just economics, and when it starts going beyond that then it needs to stop. If the game is only about economics and nothing else, then the game is small, flat, dull, no creativity, no glory, no great causes to strive towards, no players or corpos who rise above the rest to do incredible things.

So you literally say politics is going to make game better and disliking a proposal for a way to update politics part of the game.

When certain COSM members and others see new and current players enjoy the game their own way, it’s an unbearable humiliation.
