As far as I know it is not possible as they have bought a part of the corp, the only way to do this is to have them leave (sell their shared back to the corp) or when they liquidate because of inactivity or for other reasons.
And without a specific reason like violating the game rules the devs won’t do anything as it is a sandbox game.
Sadly the user is inactive. I reached out here as I was told on occasion Simulogics staff removed inactive users from corps. Day after I posted it I saw a NOTS saying “User SimplySimp has decided to leave our corporation"
