OOG is still collecting dividends, but I donāt think thatās at all uncommon. Weāve always seen dividends continue for months after someone stopped begin governor. We assume itās people on starter planets with very very long production queues that get stopped and restarted when someone comes back to the game, buys some rats, and restarts their production queues.
Itās a tiny fraction of the usual dividends though.

This was my assumption as well.
I figured long production queues coupled with minimal workers (for example having 20 production buildings but only 1 HAB) could keep things going for quite a while. Hadnāt considered the possibility of someone restarting a stalled queue with new consumables.
Same, or people with long production runs and a full queue.
Cause Taxes only get setup when the order is placed. so someone with like 10 orders each 4 weeks longā¦ well he has the taxes for those orders set for a long time.
