Regional chats not just planet based

Hey all

I would like to suggest a chat that links all planets in that region such as all planets belonging to the faction NEO Charter in one chat and as you build a base on a planet belonging to that faction you will gain access to the chat much like current planet chats are currently just for a broader space

Love this idea, I would absolutely use this regularly. I think it would make space feel much more lively.
