It’s always struck me as odd that CoGC – something critical to the wellbeing of planets – has no “contribution queuing” in the same way that Planetary Programs do. I think it would be a meaningful and lore-fitting feature addition.
In essence, I think folks should be able to contribute CoGC in advance of it being in the fulfillment window. It would give more opportunities for people to contribute and ensure upkeep remains contributed.
I could see a planetary building potentially needing to be built to enable this CoGC Contribution Queuing, for the sake of game balance.
