I suspect I encountered an unforeseen “bug” with the new discount code for PRO license purchases. I applied the code, but then closed the window before completing payment due to distractions. When I returned to the PRO license screen to purchase an extension, I could not re-apply the code; nor did the discount apply when moving forward to the payment screen - so, my account is flagged as using the code although I did not complete the purchase with the code.
Seperate issue, maybe just venting, but the option for inputting the code didn’t come up from in-game through steam. It did when i tried through the website, but that was too late for me.
Very good point, thanks for the heads-up. Our Steam payment flow does not currently support voucher codes, so we need to highlight this in our communication and support it eventually.
