Pioneer satisfaction declined, why did it cause delays in flight?

There is a problem that is not well understood, because the base is not enough to survive the DW, resulting in a decline in pioneer satisfaction and the delay in product production. This is normal, but the time for the spacecraft to reach its destination during the flight has also been delayed, which is very strange.

Most likely what you are seeing has nothing to do with the pioneer satisfaction, but due to planetary orbital mechanics. For STL flights the planets move around the star and can be closer or further depending on when you check. Even for FTL flights, the orbital location of a planet can make a difference in the flight time required to reach an FTL jump point to the neighboring system.

Thanks for your reply, it may indeed be so。
