Make buffer commands case insensitive

Type cxob na.ic1 into a new buffer and NOTHING HAPPENS, just an endless waiting icon. Joke’s on you, player - you should’ve known to use caps lock! CXOB NA.IC1 is the correct form. Or cxob NA.IC1, or even cXoB NA.IC1. No matter what, the ticker must be ALL CAPS.

Proposal: do bufferCommand.toUpperCase() on the command string before executing. That’s all.

so many times my finger will release the shift key early on the “I” in AI1 and have to rewrite it lol
