I think Harmonia lost workers instead of gaining them. It says change 1,720 but I figure we actually lost 9,480
Is it possible this is removal of inactive accounts? I’m not sure if those show up in the POPR summary.
I suspect the removal of inactive accounts as well. We really should add this information to the reports too.
