This bug in game from German translation update.
When you want to change commodity in contract but leave same amount you cant. You need to change amount to different number. Only then game allow you to save that part of contract.

As this Bug still not fixed, should i do something if i want it to be fixed?(Like reply to this post as im doing right now, or create new one?)
It relatively not often encountered but so much annoying.
