Some of you have already noticed: The Core Module’s storage capacity has been reduced from 5000 to 1500.
We meant to roll this out with the Expanse update and give you advance notice, but it accidentally slipped in with Prelude. Sorry about that. 
Since it is an intended change, we’re not rolling it back now to re-implement it in a few weeks. Hope it doesn’t mess up your plans too much!
This change does not affect pre-existing CMs. The STO stays at 5000.
