Cant see Apex, just a blank screen after login

I delted a base and after i logged in again the screen is just black (darkskin).
I see the loading of prun (welcome to Apex) but when it loads the scrn everything went blank. Is there a way to resolve this?
To reset a screens to standart or so?

I tried to load it in another browser or private mode, nothing helped.

When i use F12 i see a lot errors:

i used f12.
I solved the problem with using edge dev mode and slowed down 20x, then i could delete the bugged scrn and that solved it.
