Buildings, condition, efficiecy and repair

Realism makes game play more exciting, as buildings depreciate in condition so does their efficiency and thus production. Destroying and rebuilding is the option! however in a reality repair and maintenance are usually the first choices. If repair and maintenance could be applied to buildings, play would be enhanced for most players.

It’s something we’re likely going to add eventually. But for now we want to keep it simple and focus on more important issues/features.
