Bugs and Improvements

indeed, that worked to avoid the FTL, and is indeed slower. I guess I’ll jump back and forth then. Thanks!

I hadn’t realized that the update to the flight control system did this for you. This is very handy as before you would have to set a flight to a neighboring sector, wait for your ship to arrive, then set another flight to the destination planet in the first sector.

Could we please have the order quantity limit raised again? I’m having trouble quoting PE in size again due to its low value.

Can “priceaverage” please be changed to report the value of SMA(10), instead of the average price of the last trade to be executed? Or, SMA(10) be added as a new endpoint? It would be incredibly useful when disseminating accurate pricing to the community on thinly traded items.

I agree that the current implementation of average does not work.

I’d fix it in one of two ways. The first is easier and likely the right choice given dev time: just rename it to LAST to reflect the reality of what it is. The community already has decent heap’s available, so SMA(10) doesn’t really change the game as an endpoint.

However, the best implementation would be to change in-game average to such a VWAP versus just swapping in the inferior SMA. So if non-negligible dev time is spent on this, I hope it goes all the way.

Finally, please let us know the period that CXP uses when reporting Traded and VolumeAmount so we can make the player averages stronger!

In SFC, a long flight can show “not enough FTL” and block the “least jumps/shortest FTL distance” selector. However, there will be perfectly enough fuel if you could change that preference - I worked around it changing my destination to something closer, then changing the preference, and then inputting the desired destination again. It happened to me on a flight between Polaris and Moria, with a 5k ship and ~1k FF in its tanks. Suggested solution: do not hide these preferences, even if the flight cannot be performed

With my bank services now having over 50 active loans, I am getting 50 interest payments per week. It would be nice to have more agency with regards to notification filtering of notifications about these interest payments, as they require no action on my part.

The only two steps I need to know about are submissions, which filter through the existing contract notification system. And it would be nice to know that a loan has been paid off fully.

can we get a fuel check for gateways before travel starts, and if out of gas, abort the travel before it even begins rather than when the ship arrives at gate?

The planet currency in all new sectors is ICA rather than the local currency for the region. Can these be altered or a government motion be created to allow the planetary currency to be changed.

The Gateway (GTW) list includes invalid entries probably where the infrastructure construction has been abandoned.

I asked this a couple months ago - I would like to ask again - colony EE-233b should be NCC and not ICA.

Minor glitch with the update. My colony ships can no longer fly to/from Rhenos Pater (or anywhere for that matter). Says flight is invalid:

FXOS improvements

  1. FXOB data can become stale over time. It can enter a state where it does not show up-to-date orders in the orderbook:

Refreshing APEX will cause the correct CXOB figures to show up, or, placing a new order\deleting the filled order will cause it to update.

  1. Using the “set” button only autofills to two significant figures, rounded, instead of applying the full figure.

  1. Suggest implementing significant figure price rule, for similar reasons we implemented for general CX trading. Currently, it runs to four sigfigs, suggest moving to three. Suggest:

0.998

0.999

1.000

1.001

1.002

  1. I believe this is still a bug, I don’t usually take liquidity on the fx markets so I can’t test (other people can confirm), but you cannot execute against multiple orders the way you can on the cx markets. You must individually enter the quantity for each. E.G I cannot enter a order for $12 million at 1.0000 and have it match against both Ascensus and Soletta. It must be one order for 9, one order for 3.

Most of the production fees I’ve been charged don’t show up in the FIN log:

In the ~4 days I’ve been in game, I’ve totaled ~394 AIC in production fees according to FINIS. But only 113.64 AIC worth of production fees have shown up in my FIN log.

I manually calculated all the production I’ve done and confirmed that 394.29 AIC is the correct amount I should have been charged in fees – matching FINIS, but not FIN.

Also, it would be nice to repair buildings on our bases from the warehouse or even a ship overhead - the BRA could use a dropdown source like the POPI windows have.

Could the USR or CO buffers of new player’s (companies’) display their starting profession? We often have to ask them when they need help setting up their buildings.

All void zone planets are ICA, regardless of their location. We have the same problem with the Antares void zone planets

Using a advanced engine (AEN, HTE) on a STL shuttle needs a BR2 instead of a BRS:

Bridges are normally chosen after the reactor so when I use an advanced engine and a small reactor (RCT, QCR) it uses a BR1:

And for a large reactor (HPR, HYR) it uses a BR2:

In vanilla LM HUB works but you can’t post contracts there because the LMP HUB sends you to Hub (I don’t have base or WAR there so it says that I can’t post there)

Could we please have the default timeframe for charts be 1y please? We tried implementing this through rprun but tl;dr, it didn’t work. Thanks

I always look at 1y and I change this setting 50-200 times a day.
