Edwin Perocier Jr., President of Windsor and Watermann Holdings (WAW), takes great pride in his Indian and Mozambican heritage. A third-generation Insitor colonist, he came of age during a period of rapid expansion across the sector and quickly recognized the enduring business potential in the rising demand for agricultural commodities.
Under his leadership, the company first established itself as BioLith, building a reputation around large-scale food crop cultivation on Promitor in the Hortus system. The high-carbohydrate grain proved indispensable to both the food processing and carbon manufacturing industries, and BioLith’s reliable production made it a recognized supplier on the Hortus Commodity Exchange and throughout the populated Insitor worlds.
Guided by Perocier’s personal credo—“Profit Equals Worth”—the company operated for years as a focused agricultural enterprise. However, as regional markets matured and new opportunities emerged across the frontier economies, Perocier oversaw a strategic reinvention of the organization.
BioLith was restructured and expanded into Windsor and Watermann Holdings, a broader industrial concern designed to operate across multiple sectors. While agriculture on Promitor remains a foundational pillar of the company’s operations, Windsor and Watermann Holdings has since extended its reach into manufacturing, construction, fuel refining, and chemical production, positioning itself as an integrated participant in the growing interstellar economy.
Today, under Perocier’s continued leadership, Windsor and Watermann Holdings maintains its agricultural roots while steadily expanding its industrial capabilities—reflecting both the evolving needs of the Insitor systems and the company’s enduring belief that opportunity favors those prepared to build beyond their origins.
