Nice, love the idea

Manual unpacking might become a barrier to the widespread adoption of Consumable Bundles. Is it possible to add the following QoL improvement before the release?

During the workforce consumption event, if there are not enough consumables to fulfill some workforce tier’s needs, that tier automatically unpacks its consumable bundle.

Or:

During the workforce consumption event, if there are not enough consumables to fulfill some workforce tier’s needs, that tier consumes its consumable bundle instead.

The second option can work like a consumable with fractional consumption:

Displaying consumables in inventory with decimals

The inventory systems works with integers, there are no fractional parts of materials. During a consumption event the consumed amount is rounded up and the next consumption event adjusted accordingly. So it won’t be exactly 24 hours after the event but, depending on the fraction, some hours later.
