Alright, thanks for the input. Although I have a company that is pretty old ;), it is tiny compared to some of the companies you run. I don’t experience much delay in my day to day actions, so I suspect the performance issues are linked to company size. I will deploy some additional logging to try to find out where the bottleneck is.

I agree, but I would like to see some cooldown on this, maybe the same as the 30 day one for moving your HQ, so that you do have to commit to a faction to at least some degree.
