Zooming out in the CX chart shows negative values on the scales. This is possible for both volume and price independently.
How to reproduce/result:
Open any CXPC (I’ve used CXPC DW.NC1). Click and drag downwards on either scale. Negative values appear at the bottom.
Expected result:
The lowest value on the scale should be clamped to 0
TIL you can drag the y-axis to adjust the scale.
This is probably a limitation of the charting library PRUN uses and cannot be easily changed.
Also - almost every piece of charting software I’ve ever used also behaves this way. You’re right, the way you describe would be nice, but I’ve never used a piece of charting software that allows y-axis adjustment but caps the lower range at zero.
